They just don't design plays correctly for Tolliver. She needs to be at the 3 point line, have one or two defenders all over her with time running out. Then she is deadly.

If Thibault wants her to pass more -- which I'm not convinced is true -- he needs to find some shooters to put around her. Of course, those shooters have to be able to defend and handle the ball as well, and there aren't many of those out there.
