this so-called healthcare bill (read tax cut) is beyond insanity.

Stupid, stupid people. Trump supporters are the dumbest people on the planet.

I really think a senator ought to be smart enough to introduce a solid, single payer bill that has Trump's name written all over it. Play to his Narcissism. Call it Trump care. Say they drafted it because it was Trump's idea. Get him some real positive press over it. Get him on the side of the bill, and all we'd need is a handful of Republicans (some of which would because of loyalty to the President) to sign it. If it came from an Independent like Sanders, it would have an even likelier chance of succeeding. Laughing

This current bill..I've just gone to calling it the "Population Control Bill"

Today felt like the first time I actually heard the (better) Talking Heads address the freekin' Tax Cut White Elephant in the room. Matt Doud said it best: there's 2 perspectives; either you want to fund health coverage for Americans who need it most, or you want to fund tax breaks for the people who need it least. Period.
