On to the next one. Lynx still have the lead for home court advantage.

It is interesting that virtually every player in the tipping contest picked the Lynx, but "Rebkell Polls" picked the Sun.

Poor defense by Minnesota these final minutes.

Actually the defense wasn't too bad down the stretch (though at the start of the 4th it was). Rather it was poor shot selection and bad, bad turnovers that turned into easy fast break points for the Sun.

The perfect example of this is when they started to come back. They got it to within 4 and had possession. Brunson has the ball and just leaves it on the floor when dribbling. Jasmine Thomas with an easy 2. Had the Lynx cut it to 2 there instead of letting it go back to 6, I think they win this game.

Then there was those stupid shots that Maya always thinks she can make, the off balance, turn around 3, with players in her face. Whalen missing an easy layup and having the rebound turn into a fast break, and Augustus firing a long, off balance 2, just inside the 3pt arc.

This is a good loss though. They needed to be challenged so they can see how it forced them into a panic mode and caused them to press rather than play their game. This is stuff that can be worked on in video sessions and fixed.

Even more interesting is that the "Poll" picked MIN, 15 to 7... Idea

So, think Connecticut wouldn't mind horribly if Bentley stayed out a while longer?

Lynx out rebounded 36-21. Out shot 55/46 to 51/44 (FG%/3FG%). I bet that doesn't happen very often.

You don't suppose the polls have been hacked?

Just FYI, I update the "Rebkell Polls" tips at the same time I enter the actual game results, which I haven't done yet for tonight's game.

[ETA] ... and now I have.

I will make my offer again: Ajavon for Bentley. Or Simmons. Or Henry Or. Morello. Or both of them. Or Holivay. Or 2nd round in 2019.

Every time I wonder if the 4th round was too early in the fantasy draft for me to take Jasmine Thomas, JT puts up a game like this... 20, 6, 6 and 3 and 4 3pters... Nice Cool

Now if only Morgan Tuck could start playing again... Twisted Evil

Admiral - you should play FanDual. I've already tripled my money. And you don't have to live with your mistakes for more than one day.

Sounds good, thanks for the tip; I'll check it out then Cool

But as for making mistakes, I'm not really kicking myself over the missed draft picks, as I never expected Jonquel Jones to be drafted #11 Overall. Shocked She even got drafted before Diana Taurasi. Exclamation I was expecting JJ to go late 2nd, with the... albeit optimistic... possibility of her dropping to my 3rd round pick.

No complaints... It's been fun so far. A month into the season and I've never watched this many Sun, Stars and Wings games Razz

In the highlights of their 10 3-pointers, they show Jonquel Jones out at the three point line with Fowles on her. She starts to drive and then hits a step back three like she's Stephan Curry.

And the Sun look like a completely different team without Bentley stopping the basketball.

This _____ Sad to say bc i love Alex , But it was very obvious tonight they could be better without her or possibly having her come off the bench.

The Sun should really look to trading Bentley. They play so much better without her & still have depth with Williams & Banham off the bench(once Tuck is healthy).

And move Tuck To the bench. There more effective with thomas at the 4. Chiney might not be needed neither ijs
