Tank Master, what must I do to get more lottery balls?

Grasshopper, you must lose as many games as possible.

But Tank Master, there is a team that is lower than whale shit. How can we challenge that?

Grasshopper do not worry about that. Just make sure that every time you reach for the sky, always reach up and touch bottom.

I don't think "Oh - my wisdom tooth girl" will break the scoring record tonight. I know my Merc fan friends will be doing their darndest to make it happen at home.

Taurasi is 29 points away from the scoring record

Well, I went through a phase where I wanted to be a dentist and then I wanted to be an architect and right now I want to be a wine connoisseur. Maybe when I’m done playing I can fit all three things in. Actually, I think I’m on my way to being one of those things right now. I might have a Masters in one of them. Guess which one.

I would guess Architect. I don't think you get a Masters in Dentistry or wine tasting.

I'm not sure about the tech call either (I thought it should be a delay of game warning), but yes Cappie did touch the ball.

If you can stay sober through the entire program. But perhaps she is doing an independent study program.

Is George hurt or did Phoenix just finally realise that she can't guard your average brick without fouling it?

"Foot race between Taurasi and Pondexter". I hope Taurasi wasn't trying there as that wasn't close.

It was a delay of game. It was Chicago's 2nd, thus the tech was called. Ended up giving Cappie an early night.

Thanks - I didn't realize it was Chicago's 2nd. Maybe the announcers would have explained that if they hadn't been so busy denying that Cappie touched the ball. I think it went down as a team technical. Taurasi shot 2 technical free throws for Cappie's ejection, so she apparently drew two back-to-back.

Solid loss. Good end to this road trip! Love the way our "veteran" "leader" got herself tossed just as the game was getting close to seal the defeat. Clutch ejection for sure.

2-8, hard to argue with the results so far! The tank rolls on!
