Tiffany Hayes, the 101st player in WNBA history to score 2000 points! Tip is 27 years, 266 days old. She is the 36th youngest to score 2000. She took 161 games to score 2000, the 38th fastest ever. She is the 2nd player from the class of 2012 to score 2000 points.

Yeah, although it's not the first time. Camille Little was the 2nd player from the class of 2007 to reach 2000 points as a second round pick. Sophia Witherspoon was the 2nd player from the class of 1997 to reach 2000 points as a second round pick.

Note that the first player from the classes of 1998 and 1999 to reach 2000 points were assigned rather than drafted (Nikki McCray and Katie Smith) and the second player from the class of 2000 to reach 2000 points was undrafted (Anna DeForge).

If you want to look at other scoring milestones, Tangela Smith was a second rounder but was the first from the class of 1998 to 3000 points and the only one from that class to reach 4000 or 5000. Wendy Palmer went in the second round of the 1997 Elite draft and was the first from either 1997 draft to reach 1000 points.

Several second rounders or later have been second from their class to reach other milestones:

1000
Danielle Adams 2011
Camille Little 2007
Cathrine Kraayeveld 2005 (3rd round pick)
Syvlia Crawley 2000 (undrafted)
Sophia Witherspoon 1997

3000 Camille Little 2007
Vickie Johnson 1997

4000 Vickie Johnson 1997

5000 Becky Hammon 1999 (undrafted)
