Just Whalen mainly. Diggins and Jasmine Thomas have given her trouble.

Not sure why the Lynx are trying to push tempo right now. Risky passes and whatever that was that Whalen tried with a defender in front of her and no offensive support...

I've loved Morgan Tuck since her freshman year at Uconn. Glad she is healthy!

Fowles got a lot of calls tonight. 'Maybe' they were all actually fouls. I thought a couple of her blocks were also fouls. Superstar calls the difference in the game IMO.

Refs suck again. That ball was off Whalen.

Yea she does. Saw her get away with pushing Jones right out of the way for a rebound and nothing was called.

What replay were you watching? They zoomed in about as far as you can and there was no way to tell who it was off. 10 out of 10 times in that situation they are going to call it out on the person with the momentum moving toward the ball.

Whay can't take players to the paint as easily as she used to. That is so un-Whalen of her!

Sun look like one of those teams that are so close to being very good. I think they might sneak into the playoffs, but all three games have been close this season. The Lynx still look a step behind from what they looked like last season.

Just Whalen mainly. Diggins and Jasmine Thomas have given her trouble.

Whalen looks like a liability right now. Either she develops a long range shot or she needs to see less playing time.

She made a mediocre player like Thomas look like EDD tonight. And her offense isn't much better. She keeps having to turn her body to protect the ball from the quicker defenders because she is not fast enough to make them pay for pressing and taking swipes.

Well, despite MIN almost losing this one, they're playing how I've always said they should play... Despite almost winning 2 Titles with the strategy of 'Just give Maya the ball', now MIN is actually utilizing their assets. Idea

They're shoving Sylvia down the opponent's throat, looking to her as the first option on every possession, Maya is passing up shots to get others involved, specifically Augustus, Moore almost functioning as a point forward, taking over when she needs to, etc. But, again, they're playing vs CON, and next game, SA, so let's see how it holds up. Exclamation

This almost feels like the NBA... hurry up and get to the MIN/LA Finals Twisted Evil

First, people were body shaming Adams and making ignorant comments about her, and now we're making fun of Miller's slight speech impediment?

Classless.

"Aight" isn't a speech impediment...

And commenting on an out of shape athlete who can't contribute like she should be able to isn't "body shaming". Hell it is no more "body shaming" than my critical comments about Whalen being old and slow is ageism.

A week and a half in, Sylvia Fowles is looking like the MVP.

Yes she has saved the Lynx butts in every game so far.

After an 0-3 start and a blown draft

We all knew that the Sun would be bad this year though.
