There is a possibility that the entire 2018 lottery will consist of all Eastern Conference teams.

No way San Antonio makes the playoffs. 2018 lottery teams should be: San Antonio, Connecticut, Atlanta & either Indiana or Chicago.

Dont leave out my Wings , we would like a side of Wilson & Diamonds too.

Being kind of greedy aren't you. After all you just got Shakhator. Wink

But yeah, they lost their star player and leader for nothing in return. That's generally pretty difficult to deal with.

Let's face it. Their coaching got a lot worse in the off season.

I suspect they would be horrible, rudderless, and chaotic even if Catchings was still playing.

I'm one of the people who tends to agree with you on Pokey, but I also wasn't massively impressed by the job Steph White did. So I don't think the drop-off is necessarily that huge.

I liked White prior to last year. Last year thought she had already moved on

Achonwa was the second highest scorer on the team and the only one who shot over 50% (5-7) and that was in only 13 minutes

Achonwa is a talented offensive player. Her per minute numbers have always been very good.

Kelly Krauskopf is probably the best GM in league history, but the Dupree trade made no sense at all. Have to wonder how much input Pokey had, given her track record of similarly poor trades.

Only four teams are allowed to participate in the lottery. There will be one maybe two teams that will be terrible and still qualify for the playoffs. Very Happy

The bottom 6 teams this season seem like San Antonio, Dallas, Connecticut, Atlanta, Indiana & Chicago. Just a matter of who sucks more for the lottery balls.

Kelly said that she thinks that Dupree is a top 4 PF in this league..
