Considering rotation players and end-of-bench, who has the worst bench in the league?

My vote goes to the team that doesn't even have a clear 5th starter at this point.

I think all three of these teams have question marks as to who the fifth starter will be. And mostly it goes downhill from there. I vote for Phoenix because they actually have two question marks for starter:
DRob, DT, ?, maybe Little?, Griner.

Phoenix might have: Mitchell, Harden, Cannon, George, Alleyne, Jones. That's pretty sad. They better hope Petrovic & Xargay come over.
