Phoenix-Seattle - it's just like a WNBL game with a couple of UConn players, Anna D and Anne D.

I'm looking forward to seeing if Minnesota's "twin towers" gel this year, it all depends on Hayden, and what shape she's in.

I really like the Monarchs draft, they've gotten younger and deeper, but these are rookies, after all.

I'm intrigued by what Dan Hughes might put together in SA, Marie Ferdinand is my early favorite for "comeback player" this season.

...lastly, as a Shock fan I'm hoping Braxton is more Willis Reed than Brandy Reed. Wink

In terms of quality basketball, any game involving the trifecta LA, Seattle and Detroit.
NY-Washington should be interesting too, but nothing will top the ultimate massacre at the Garden:
TARNADO VS. THE FFO'S GOOD GIRLS, err, the Liberty.

Being a Monarchs fan, Sac vs. Char
As a fan of the league as a whole: Det/LA and Sac/LA

Speaking of Hayden, did/where did she play in the offseason? She'd definitely add to Minny's post game.

Connecticut-San Antonio, just to see how everyone looks in each other's uniforms.

Seattle-Phoenix, um, DUH.

Seattle-Los Angeles, um, DUHer.

I want to hear the crowd when Houston visits New York. Wouldn't want to see the game, but to hear the reaction to Tari's return.

Minnesota-Detroit: how well have Hayden and Ohlde matured, and can they take on the best posts in the East? And if they can, does that mean anything against the West?

Indiana-Los Angeles, for the reason Slovy used to put DC and Indy.

I'm pretty much down with anything that doesn't involve NY and/or Houston.

Meek vs Mique is always fun. On a personal level I look forward to the match-up because L.A. used to be home and now Indy is. Last season Indy had a nice win over LA @ Conseco (I missed that one) and then LA whooped Indy @ Staples by 30 points. The Sparks knew I liked the Fever more than them when I was living there. Lisa will make it personal.

I also look forward to LA/DC and DC/NY I expect Seattle/Phoenix to become the best new rivalry in the West.

Can't wait for the Fever/Sun games, only I never quite no who to root for. Will have to see who needs the win more at that point.

Also looking forward to Minnesota coming to town, SASS because I want to see Wecker and MAAARRIIIIEEEE, and a whole lot of others. There are reasons to be excited for just about every game.

SASS is the one in the west I'm most interested in too. I'm bummed about the loss of Goodie and Gwen/Adrian though.
