Yeah, a bunch of people will apparently have the wall split their property in half, or have their house end up on the Mexican side, but apparently that situation already exists with the various fences and walls that already exists. I saw an interview with a couple that already have their very own "border crossing" - a gate in the fence for which they have the code to a keypad lock. Some people are trying to figure out how they are supposed to get their livestock from grazing land on one side of the wall to their barn on the other side.

The statements that they are no longer in Texas or are now in Mexico are hyperbole though. The wall doesn't change where the border is. The wall just isn't on the border and some people's land will end up in the no-man's-land between the wall and the border.
