Given how well Sagarin does, I would be curious to see the Sagarin "Recent" ratings hold up. There is an idea that a lot of people have that a team that is peaking or falling off at the end of the regular season will do that same thing in the tournament. There isn't a lot of variation between the two scores, but I wonder if on the margins the Recent would be more or less predictive.

160, 140, 110, 90.

For one who has never entered or paid attention to these bracket games, what do these numbers represent?

Is there some direct link to see the ongoing results of the fun bracket?

The Fun Brackets are here

http://games.espn.com/tournament-challenge-bracket-women/2017/en/group?groupID=2974

Scoring is 10 points for each first round game correct, 20 for each second round team correct, 40 for each third rounder, 80 for each fourth rounder, 160 for each semfinal, and 320 if your national champ is correct.

Thanks. I now see the rules, but still can't figure out what PPR is.

So, all Fun Bracket participants except S-Factor, and all rational participants in other brackets, should end up with a minimum of 630 points.

Is RPI's big jump solely due to rating Mississippi State over Baylor?

Yep. 80 points for getting an F4 team right. Either RPI or Hero Sports will win the Fun Bracket competition, depending on how South Carolina does from here.

Everyone has UConn in the final. Hero Sports, Sagarin, and LRMC have South Carolina in the finals, everyone else has lost their other finalist. S-Factor has lost their champ, everyone else has UConn winning it all.

If South Carolina beats Stanford. Hero Sports will be the champ. If not, RPI will win for a second time.

Since none of the systems have Mississippi State or South Carolina winning it all, these are your final standings
