I've been in Rolf's. It's a really nice facility. Will be a bummer to lose it. Hopefully there will be something done to replace it.

The building on the West side of the stadium being constructed as part of the Crossroads project is the new student activity center, including lounges, gyms, fitness centers, climbing wall, etc. It's supposed to be an upgrade, I believe.

The planned conversion of Rolf's into the basketball practice facility was planned from the outset of Crossroads but as I understand it the announcement has awaited raising all the money and trying to get the Rolf family to agree to repurposing the building they donated.
