I am WORRIED about this one. Any team that can shoot 3's like that....and dribble penetrate, is so dangerous. I think this game will be very close.

Maybe close for much of the first half but it'll still be a blowout when all is said and done.

UConn beat down Cuse by 31 points last year, when the Orange had a better team and the Huskies were hampered by chucker Stewart, ball hog Jefferson and ponderous Tuck.

Plus, the game will be played on UConn's home court in front of a half full arena of rabid Medicare recipients.

Proud Mary will keep on burnin'.

Teams tend not to duplicate halves like the Orange had. Samuelson followed up her 10-10 game with a 2-7 game. That's not to say that Syracuse can't score a lot or even win but I just can't see the Day's being able to handle Collier/Williams in Storrs.

Syracuse made it all the way to the finals last year, sad they will not make it past the second round. Who knows, maybe they will pull it off and win 👍🏼

I'm usually pretty quiet about the UConn matchups and I'm sure I'll catch hell for this, but seriously...

F--- Syracuse! I hope UConn runs up the score on them. It gives me great joy every time UConn curbstomps them, especially since Hillsman is such a sore loser.

May Syracuse forever be irrelevant as long as he is their coach. Maybe he should focus more on coaching and less on fashion, then maybe he can be a little bit more like Geno.

I disagree.... I've seem Hillsman's outfits. I think he SHOULD focus more on fashion.

My main concern, besides possible injuries,is the officiating. They can skew any game. What was it, 52 foul calls in 40 minutes in the Texas/NCS game? Not to mention some of the other officiated playoff games.

I hope whip around coverage moves off this game soon. Yeah I can watch the others online but ESPN3 is so far behind the actual game its no fun because you look at the TV you can see the score.

All 3 other games are close. Let's see how long ESPN takes..

As much as I'd like to see more parity in the women's game, watching UConn play as well as they did in the first quarter is pretty amazing.

Looks like Quentin decided to let Nurse beat them.

At the half Syracuse leads Nurse 29-26

Where is that thread where some here had Nurse pegged as an end-of-bencher? Rolling Eyes

Nurse has taken 12 shots and has 29 points.

I don't know how anyone can watch exemplary precision like that? Rolling Eyes

Apparently ESPN thinks I want to see it as it's still on ESPN2. I switched over to Oregon-Duke via my phone/Chrome Cast on my TV.

. . . rollin', rollin' . . .

The best ball-handling, move-without-the-balling, scoring-passing team in UConn history.

All of the first six can read, seed, lead and feed the fast break.
