Kentucky is due for a big drop off after this year, aren't they? All the transfers out had to hurt recruiting recently and now Epps and Akhator will graduate. Has to be some urgency to get far this year given the great situation they have playing in Lexington up through the Elite 8 potentially.

I wonder if Mitchell gets approached by UF for their job since I think someone said he has ties to the new AD.

Belmont down 1, 10.5 seconds left. UK going to the line for 2.

UK's Morris makes both FT's. UK up 3 with 10.5 seconds left. Maggard is 5-11 from 3, Smith and McCabe are both 2-3 from 3, so Belmont has multiple options to look for a 3.

Belmont can still advance teh ball after a made free throw.

Might try to miss the second one to prevent that.

Belmont can't get a clear look at a 3 so they make a layup. UK up 1 and going to the line. Belmont still has 1 TO so they can still advance the ball after a FT. 3.2 seconds left.

You so often see teams not knowing who to foul. It's crucial.

Belmont lost this basketball game.

They gave up too many offensive rebounds and missed a number of wide open 3's.

Kentucky wins a battle. A potential OSU matchup would be interesting. Guess it a coincidence Linnae Harper could face her old team.

Kentucky basketball I'll face former teammates regardless of who wins in the matchup between tOSU and WKU

Darby Maggard 2019 three point shooting champion!

Place your bets now.

They lose Epps and Akhator and another senior who doesn't play a lot, Jessica Hardin. They have a lot of young kids. Taylor Murray and Maci Morris are just sophomores and they've started all year. I think the recruiting went okay. I don't know how Mitchell missed out on COY after the way this team turned around.
