Who wants to work at the school that would hire Lane Kiffin for their football program? Very Happy

I guess that means USC won't be able to fill their vacancy. Alabama is screwed too next time they have a vacancy. Rolling Eyes

Lane Kiffin is the least of Tennessee's problems. Laughing

Looks like former Duke player Krystal Thomas will be retained as an assistant for now.

There must be something more to this. From the article:

In 10 seasons with GCU, May compiled a 195-96 overall record, including a 65-50 record in four seasons of Division I play.

I watched this team play in the 13/14 season. They ran good sets and had a team that hustled all game. Must be something behind the scenes.

Didn't football also add the scion of Briles to the staff? If so, I'd be even more concerned than normal about what kind of atmosphere I was going into.

That was my point about Kiffin. The other places were smart enough to fire him....some of them in the parking lot! FAU didn't sound all that enthusiastic about him either, even after they hired him. Confused

But would you hire someone who got $3.5 million from their previous employer after a lawsuit?

I wouldn't of hired her after all the issues at Ohio State.

USC Head Coach Job Info.

https://usccareers.usc.edu/job/los-angeles/head-coach-for-women-s-basketball/1209/4189086

Based on the "Preferred Qualifications" a Scott Rueck would not be hired. Narrowed minded thinking, IMO

Preferred qualifications include 5-10 years of coaching experience at Division I level and NCAA Tournament experience.

Agreed, I'm shocked that they fired the men's coach so quickly and waited a week for the women.
