Congrats to Tamara James on winning the election!

If I'm not mistaken, this makes Tamara the second former WNBA player to have been elected to a political public office. The first was Sonja Henning, who was voted into the Portland (Oregon) School Board in 2005. She served one four-year term, and decided not to run for re-election in 2009.
