so Washington loses Vaughn to New York and likely Dolson to Chicago. They now have no starting center. Interesting.

Meesseman will most likely start at the 5 and EDD at the 4

she's going to get killed by the likes of Fowles, Griner, Williams, Boyette, Vaughn, etc. I thought Emma didn't like the physical aspect of the WNBA.

According to to Mo Currie's twitter, @womensbball247 (I have no idea how the Stars/league let her have it) she's claiming the Mystics are targeting another "big name free agent". Larkins, most likely. Possibly Toliver, but I doubt she'd leave LA.

It's a shared handle, if I recall correctly.

I don't know if I'd categorize Erlana Larkins as a big name free agent, but heaven knows Mike Thibault knows how to use physical, somewhat undersized posts.

Someone told me it was Mo, but it def makes sense if it's shared, because sometimes the grammar and overall language is different. You're right about Larkins not being "big name", but she's one of the better UFAs. I could see Thibault going after her

The posts on the website is shared with Rebkell's Awhom111. But the twitter feed is Mo.

I can confirm that it's hers only and not shared. If she needed plausible deniability because somebody complained, I'd take the bullet though. All of the tweets tend to happen while I'm at work or sleeping since apparently those are the best times in the Korean schedule.

Not surprised by either of those Indiana signings. Both are players the Sky had in training camp in years past. I'm guessing Pokey still has her fair share of input though she's no longer listed as a GM.

Thanks, Michelle. Looks like Currie jumped to conclusions on Essence Carson.

I'm liking the offer sheet details. I wish they showed that for every offer sheet signed.

I like the move by Coach T offering a contract to RFA Krystal Thomas. Keeping my fingers crossed that Seattle doesn't match the offer and come this time Tuesday night (2/07/17) Krystal will be a Mystics player.

Nooo!!!

One of the benefits of contributing to the site is that I get to see some stuff that Mo hasn't published yet which may or may not be true or coming down the pipeline.

Kayla Pedersen should be mad. She takes a break from the league for a season and wnba.com forgets how to spell her name.

That scene happened early in Season Five of Happy Days. The show lasted 11 seasons, so the Shark Jump was almost exactly in the middle of its run.

Interesting, because within the television industry the phrase "jump the shark" has come to mean a fading show that is so desperate that they have to resort to gimmicks. Personally, I've never watched a single episode of Happy Days. I'm just familiar with the term as it is now commonly used. I suppose "jump the shark" could also mean artistically dead rather than actual cancellation.

That is closer to what it means. Really, it is just the turning point. The point where a once great show has gone to the absurd and is never quite the same.

Yeah, like The Walking Dead. Jumped the a couple times last season. The Big Bang Theory at least 2 seasons ago.

And The Office after season 5.

I don't watch TWD, so I don't know, but the Office and the Big Bang Theory never actually Jumped the Shark.

Both of them fell of in quality quite substantially, but they never really introduced anything that significantly changed the show enough to really qualify. Most of the time when there is a "jump the shark moment" we can point to that specific event and say, "Yep, that was it. They are out of ideas."

For instance, when Married With Children introduced Seven, saw him flop with the fans, and then wrote him out of the series without mention (until the next season when they lampshaded it).
