With Cortijo gone, Kiesel would be a nice back-up PG for them.

I'm not allowed to say what I think of these signings or I might be accused of "trashing" players just because they aren't my favorite player. So I won't.

YEA!! Very happy about this. She had a great season for the Dream last year. Also, she's working hard to make the world a better place through words and actions.

If I said this people would jump on me that I'm just hating. When it's actually the truth. Although I think she's better than Clarendon, I have a real question. No joking or hating. But what has Kiesel done in the WNBA to warrant a flat out multiyear contract? To me with her past WNBA performance she warrants a training camp contract and then she can "earn" her way onto the team. I don't see why she got signed without any competition for the spot.

Just to note that while it carries slightly more risk than a 'training camp contract', just because it's 'multi-year' doesn't mean that any of the money's guaranteed. She could still end up getting cut in training camp (although it doesn't look like the competition is exactly going to be terrifying in Atlanta).

So what do we have now

Clarendon/Kiesel
Hayes/Simmons
Holmes/Fields
Lyttle/Dantas
E. Williams/Henry

I put Dantas at PF because well they don't have any other PF at the moment, is there any info out there that Dantas is going to show.

Is Holivay still on the roster?

Will Angel be suspended for the entire season so she doesn't count towards the roster or cap?

#7 If they want a combo guard I could see Epps fitting here, or A. Peterson, If they want a wing/sometime PF Coffey would be perfect, McCall could give them a little more size here, and for some reason I could see Romero fitting as that 3rd PG with an outside shot.

If this isn't the worst team in the league this year I would be shocked. And I don't know who you think Nirra Fields is, but she isn't a forward.

Atlanta is going to surprise some people. They have one of the better center combinations in the wnba.Lyttle & Dantas gives the dream a nice 1-2 punch at the PF position.I believe Holmes will double her point production.Hayes will make the jump and become a legit wnba star.Signing Kiesel was a great move by Cooper. She was a key player in Tulsa's 8-1 start 2 seasons ago. When Sims made her return,Fred banished Kiesel to the bench. After dallas traded for Phillips last offseason,it was basically a wrap for Brianna. With the exception of Lyttle, atlanta is a very young basketball team with room for growth.

My prediction:18-16 -5th best record.

You tell me... not one quality signing, just filler. Smells like a tank season to me.

Will Lyttle be healthy all season? Her play has really dropped.
2013 14,3 pts
2014 12,2 pts
2015 10,3 pts
2016 7,6 pts

I see the Sparks, Lynx, Mercury, Liberty, Mystics and Storm having a better record then them.
