France has won a Olympic medal, Serbia hasn't so I'm cheering for the underdog, but wouldn't be unhappy if France won.

Serbia was leading by 11 in the first quarter. Now they're only up by 4 about halfway through the second

Serbia leads 66-54 with 2 1/2 minutes left. I think Serbia is getting their first Olympic medal in women's hoops.

wasn't expecting Serbia to be a medal contender. Congrats to them. Really thought it would be 1. USA 2. Australia 3. Spain or France. Outsiders were Serbia & Canada.

Serbia vastly outcoached France here. Loved their game plan on defense, tons of doubling the low post and playing the passing lanes while France was still going way too deep into the shot clock. Perfect example of why bigger teams don't always win and why this style of basketball is on its way out. The bronze is well deserved.

I haven't watched this one yet but my congrats to Serbia too! Love the passion, teamwork and discipline of both their mens and womens teams.
