| OK, by now you probably all know how much I love Kendra Wecker (avatar, anyone?) But I really don't think people are giving her the credit she deserves. Every time I read about her it's always "she will give San Antonio the three point shooter they need." Yes, she will be their main three point shooter, but nobody mentions her driving ability or her awesome mid-range game or her ability to post up people that are BIGGER than her and shoot over them, or her strength. Or her REBOUNDING! She is not the one-demensional shooter that analysts are making her out to be.

I agree, I love her too and can't wait to see her shine this season.

And if she gets some serious playing time I wouldn't be surprised to see her with a well deserved ROY.

| Nobody reeeaaally knows, of course, but I would not be at all surprised to see Wecker as ROY, partly because her skill set is just so large (about the only thing we know she can't do is play center), and partly because SASS will be much better this year, and when that happens new team members tend to get credit, even if much of the lifting gets done by, for example, a healthy Marie Ferdinand. I haven't seen anyone say she's just a three-ball shooter, but you've probably read more SASS pieces than I have.

| Seth Sulka said Wecker was his favorite college player this year. There is a lot to like about her game, and she fills a need for San Antonio.

Wecker is a strong, solid player that can catch and shoot the ball and is great on the boards.
My tune never changed. And Wade can attest to that, so I'm unconcerned with your spinning
