By David Leon Moore, USA TODAY

WALNUT, Calif. — Marion Jones' season debut started slow, finished slow and, all in all, was a combination of disaster and mystery.

Wow, that's sad. Seems like she continues to spiral downward. What the hell happened to her.

Indeed. The Mt. SAC community college vortex claims another victim. Sounds like giving up flaxseed oil was her downfall. Very Happy

Isn't she due to belong to a team in the W about now, anyway?

If she plays bball anywhere, the Mercury get her. We drafted her several years ago (don't remember exactly when). I've always loved her and always will. I don't care if all she does is warm the bench. She'll draw a crowd because she still has many fans. Maybe a job color comentating! It would be a great PR move

I thought our rights to her have expired? Draft rights expire after two years? (anybody feel free to correct me). We drafted her in 2003.
