If they are playing in girl only session, then there is no need to wear the hijab or skirts. Muslim Women/girl are allow to be more free in their clothes around another females. As a Muslim woman the hijab isn't really religion, it's more culture if anything. Honestly the Quran doesn't say anything about covering the hair. The verse use to justified Hijab was actually about covering a women chest area. What's so sinful about showing your hair as a female? Logically it doesn't even make sense that I can show my face but not my hair. I just wish some family member would stop asking me why I' won't or stopped wearing it because they will look at me crazy if told them why anyway.
