It's getting kinda slow in here, so I thought I'd waste some more of your valuable time with a weird poll.

I realize Yolanda Griffith is retired, but I decided to add her to the choices to reflect just how few single league MVP award winners there are in the history of the WNBA. The award has been monopolized by multiple league MVP winners.

Who will be the next multiple league MVP winner?

Maya is the only person with an MVP who will win another MVP, unless she gets injured. Smile The only person who has any chance of winning multiple MVPs before Maya is Delle Donne (maybe Griner too), but I'm not giving that a big chance. Cool

Is this coming from the "expert" who didn't even think Maya deserved MVP in a year when her play was spectacular? Tell us about it, flipper.

DT could win next year and Tina could win in the future.

What does that have to do with anything? Maya was obviously the MVP last year, I was just being a troll. Razz

Maya's only 25. Considering the year-to-year improvement she's made thus far, I can't imagine that she's done winning regular-season awards.

If Diana Taurasi comes into next season playing at the same level or at a higher level than this season, specifically in the playoffs I wouldn't be surprised if she was MVP next season. So I think she could be the next multiple MVP winner. With that said I think Maya Moore could and probably will surprise the all-time total by time she retires, assuming of course she plays for another 10 years or so.

While I think Moore probably has the best chance I can see a very possible scenario where it could be Tina Charles. Working in her favor, she is the clear top dog in NY now, last year she averaged 9.4 boards and 17.4 pts at close to 20.00 eff. rate, and it was considered a pretty mediocre season for her. If Tina is featured more next season, gets those number up to a solid 20 pts and 10 reb. a game and NY gets back into the playoffs she'll definitely be in the conversation. Tina still has a lot of good years ahead of her and will likely be the most featured player in NY for the next few seasons, so she has a good shot at pulling it off too.

If the shock had made the playoffs then Diggins would have been the MVP.
