PSU sophomore Kamela Gissandanner, sophomore redshirt who sat out 2004-05 after transferring in from N.C.State, was reported to be charged by campus police with a Lot 42 Theft of Services for an incident on March 22.

Edit: Poor Kamela, the word is that this is nothing more than a parking citation. Its tough these days to be a womens basketball player at Penn State.
