Whit went out in style in her final home game with the Buffs. She netted a career-high 27 points as CU (9-19, 3-12 Big 12) defeated Oklahoma State 73-62 Sunday in Boulder, CO.

Law was 8-of-11 from the floor and 10-of-11 from the line and also had six assists, five rebounds and two steals.

Law will petition the Big 12 for a sixth year of eligibility at the end of the season so it may not have actually been her final home game. The Colorado native and transfer from Georgia tore up her kneee in CU's fourth game in 2003-04 after sitting out the 2002-03 season.

I think most if not all of CU fans have been hoping she'll return next year. After Sunday, we all might start praying as well.

Junior Jasmina Ilic added 22 points while "Iron" Jackie McFarland registered her 14th double double of the season with 16 points and 15 boards in the win over OSU.

It's been a rough couple of years, but we couldn't love our team more if they were to win a national championship.

Well, maybe we could, but ya get the idea.
