I don't know how Boston College & Minnesota are still ranked either and Indiana St. & Chattanooga aren't.

And why is UCONN ahead of Rutgers??

Because UConn didn't lose to an unranked team (Ole Miss) and a team that should be (Temple).

Minnesota shouldn't be ranked. (If the Gophs beat Indiana Thursday, then beat MSU, OSU, Purdue, or Indiana in the Big Ten tournament, then I'll rank them again. And it hurts me to say that more than it hurts you.)

BC... you know, it's the ACC, and they've played the country's top teams mighty close. Indiana State, on the other hand, has played one of the country's top teams. It wasn't close. Also they lost badly to Missouri State this week, who don't even have a winning record in the Valley.

Say more about Chattanooga, please. Who have they beaten?

And Why is LSU ahead of Uconn??
And why is Duke ahead of UNC??

Uconn was ranked 3rd or fourth depending upon the poll before they lost to a legitimate top 10 team. Uconn shouldn't drop five spots..espeically when, for example, Tennessee only drops two after losing to an unranked team..

Florida beat them, LSU and Temple and are not ranked. Who has Vanderbilt beat?

I doubt the poll voters are thinking much today about the RU losses to Mississippi or Temple, but those losses plus the Michigan State loss pushed RU down enough that UConn had breathing room in the ranking after the loss to RU. If Rutgers had won any of those three games, it's likely that the poll positions would be reversed.
