LuvDHoops, I'm saying in that situation I would have saved my timeout. However Pat is a great coach. I am sure she had a sound reason for the actions she took.

There's a difference between what Tye did when she hit that key shot and what Alexis did. What Tye did was great...she showed immense emotion while not directing it at anyone. Then you have Alexis screaming in Erica White's face. If Diana can get a "T" for clapping in Tasha Pointer's, than Alexis is going to get one for screaming in Erica White's.

I have to say though, I probably would have given Alexis a warning instead of a technical. I can see where Courteau was coming from, but it was a tough call to make.

Tennessee had poor execution down the stretch. Shanna w/the steps, Dominique w/an ill-advised shot, and then Pat Summitt burning the last timeout w/more than 20 seconds remaining. That t/o would have come in handy after Seimone missed the FTs.

Tye had just seen her teammate get a "T", so she knew better than to have the same type of reaction as AH.

I think after this game Zolman's stock has dropped. She may only be a third round pick. There's a lot of guards better then her in the draft.

Was Zolman's stock even that high to begin with?

It needs to drop so far that she doesn't make it in the League. Ok, I speaking out of anger right now. But she has been making me upset most of the season, she needs to make shots (dagnabit).

I disagree. Behind by 3 pts with limited time, Summit showed as much Clock Management as Holmgren (sp?) at the end of the half in the SuperBowl.

Plus, why wasn't the ball in CP3's hands?

But, I loved the LSU win. Shake-up at #1 again. Given the Terp's win against UNC, the Md vs Duke game is going to be great on Monday.

Congrats to LSU on a good road win...

As far as the T goes there was a lot of trash talking going on from both teams...Augustus did a little of her own when Parker got called for a foul on her...Either let it go or T em all...The T was the turning point of the game...

Other than that, pretty good game to watch...

I always knew Zolman would be a star.

I don't mean to keep kickin' the girl when she's down, but Zolman's defense last night was terrible. Hoston went off -- 18 points on 8 for 12 -- and it was mostly with Shanna guarding her.

Near the end of the game, there was the inbound where Hoston scored. Mark Jones said "someone on Tennessee had an egregious defensive lapse there." That someone was Zolman.

I think she's a great leader and quite a good shooter. I think she could come off the bench in the W as a three-point specialist. But on the whole, I think her pro prospects are shaky.

I think she could come off the bench NOW.

I have no problem with what HORNBUCKLE did she's just one of many emotional players im telling you if that was AUGUSTUS who did that they would have thought twice about calling a TECH they would have probally just given her a warning, ZOLMAN is really hurting this team by not showing up in the big games, maybe the DUKE game would have turnt out different if she actually scored a freaken point, PARKER continues to impress me she's getting better and better, I see her as the only consistent player when she get's the touches I still have faith in the VOLS , but hey GA is looking to get reveng against LSU this SUNDAY

What she did you do in the park playing streetball, as a leader she used poor judgement, that cost her team.
