I know it might not be said amongst those two, but the phrase "a little bit" should be outlawed from sports TV forever. It's annoying to no end to hear that someone got hit on the arm "a little bit." Grrrr.

among the many things i love about doris burke is that the only repetition in her dialogue is her wonderful, knowing acknowledgement: "mmmmmm!"

I tell you what, with a little bit of work she could tap into her tremedous upside potential. Laughing

SDS on LSU: "what impressed me was that they were all business. they came out on the court and right away you could tell that they were just all business. you could just see it in their faces that they were, uh, very business-like."

Apparently, Leslie and SDS have very few adjectives in their repertoire.

I think ESPN actually limits the adjectives their on-air personalities can use. Kinda like the censorware on their message boards, many harmless words are ****ed out.

I don't think SDS can 'run out of vocabulary'. She can exhaust her vocabulary and be introduced to Mrs. Thesaurus though... Confused

Maybe she put down the pen and lost her mind??? Last year SDS and Nell always had pen in hand. Maybe it is like Sampson's hair, when she puts down the pen she gets all confused?

I'm REALLY getting tired of the phrase "she's breaking ankles out there". This seems to be the only thing Rece Davis can say.
