Whitney Houston's Will Revealed
The 19-page document was released on Wednesday in Atlanta, Georgia where it was filed, and here are the details:
Houston's daughter, Bobbi Kristina gets everything: all of Houston's money, furniture, clothing, personal effects, jewelry, and cars.
The money will be placed in a trust until Bobbi Kristina, who is now 19, turns 21. She gets more money when she turns 25 and the rest when she is 30.
Houston's beloved mom Cissy is the executor; her brother and sister-in-law are the trustees.
Houston first drafted the Will in 1993 and amended the will in April 2000 when she was still married to Bobby Brown.
Brown is mentioned in the Will but get's nothing.
The will also states if Bobbi Kristina had died before Whitney, her ex, Bobby Brown, her mother Cissy and other relatives would share the assets.

Thank goodness Donna Houston (not Pat) is the trustee. This could be one of the reasons why she (Pat) may have possibly sold the casket picture.

I would not be suprised if there is going to some squabbling and dispute over the will. You just never know how much greed can one family take.

Well, I am glad the Whitney's daughter gets everything, even if it is installments and there's a trust for her.
But my point is...wills and inheritances can be (and have been) disputed, especially when there's tons of $$$ involved. One such case even went to the U.S. Supreme Court, as Marshall v. Marshall. This is the one involving Vickie Lynn Marshall (aka Anna Nicole Smith)

Whitney’s mom confronted traitor who sold casket photo to Enquirer
Tuesday, March 13, 2012
According to the Chicago Suntimes, a source close to Whitney Houston’s mother, Cissy Houston, revealed that Cissy confronted the traitor who sold the final photo of Whitney in an open casket to the National Enquirer.
The Houston family source said Cissy “had a come-to-Jesus moment” with the guilty party and demanded the alleged six-figure fee for the photo be donated to charity.
Insiders are whispering that the person who sold the final photo was most likely Whitney’s closest friend and sister-in-law, Pat Houston, who signed at least one deal to capitalize off of Whitney’s death.
Whoever sold Whitney’s final photos to the Enquirer had private access to the death scene in Beverly Hills and the funeral home in New Jersey where Whitney’s body was kept for 5 days.
After Whitney died tragically in her Beverly Hills hotel bathtub on Feb. 11, the National Enquirer published photos of the food tray in Whitney’s hotel room, the still-wet bathroom and Whitney’s open casket.
Whitney only traveled with her daughter, Bobbi Kristina Brown, her sister-in-law Pat, and her bodyguard. Sources believe that Pat and the bodyguard may have conspired to sell the final photos for a big payday.
In the 90-minute special for Oprah’s Next Chapter, which aired on Oprah’s OWN Network on Sunday, Pat told Oprah that she was upset with the person who published the photographs — not who sold the photos. A strange choice of words.
There is also the product placement during Pat’s interview with Oprah. I won’t mention the name of the company, but their products were on prominent display throughout the interview.
Pat mentioned the name of the product several times during the interview. At one point she claimed that Whitney had planned to film an infomercial for that particular product before she died. But has Whitney ever filmed an infomercial?
Pat seemed to be benefitting financially by promoting the product during her interview with Oprah — and Oprah allowed Pat to promote the product on her show — or she would not have access to Bobbi Kristina.
It might also explain why Bobbi Kristina never sat down with Oprah during the interview. Bobbi K. probably knew that both women were using her for their own financial gains.

These are middle age folks. The word "tabloid" really takes on another meaning for them. Tabloid means trashy, gutter type of journalism. The type of paper that only lower class of people read to get a glimpse of what the higher, or rich and famous are really about. Pat got politely "pissed" when O used that word. Why? because in her head she felt that's a trashy paper I would never do that,! So she equated it with if she did take that picture (or sell it) then what does that make her?. An accessory to aiding a paper that is nothing but trashy, gutter journalism. And lets not leave the most important part.. a family member who did it for money. Wow, when she said "I hate that word "tabloid" I was through. Why, cause her subconscious mind was speaking to her and she had the classic knee jerk .
But also remember when Whitney did that interview and she became highly pissed when the word "crack" was used. I think she stated "crack, do not use it, crack is cheap, and of course "crack is whack". Its that thing of hiding behind words to excuse a behavior that you are being accused of (or think you are being accused of). Yet, unfortunately, Whitney did admit that she used something called "snowballs" cannot recall exactly the name but the bottom line was it was CRACK".
Secrets.. all these secrets!! no wonder Whitney was so completely overwhelmed by all of this. Because in my mind, I think that whole week in LA was a set up by these folks. Do not know if anyone else is involved but the "writing is on the wall" with that woman Pat and her husband. Maybe they got tired of trying to help her, which they should have gotten the right folks to step in and be her "handlers". But it all points to wanting and desiring MONEY!!
So what really happened to Whitney folks. Its scary to even think about..
IMO that interview was stage, scripted and maybe even rehearsed. Mainly, to clear up questions, but they were not professional in their approach. Because all this did was create even more questions that at some point they will have to answer.. If no one else to a higher being!!
Lets see what they say is the official cause of death. But in the meantime, I will pray for her mother Cissy and her daughter Krissi. They are the heartfelt victims in this whole tragedy.

Her answer to the casket picture was just strange. How can you be more pissed at the mag than you are at the person who betrayed family trust? The Enquirer isn't family. They were doing what they do. They didn't betray Whitney. They only exploited her death , the way they exploited her in life. The person who sold the picture is the one that betrayed her. That was a major red flag.
Blaming the Enquirer, is like getting bitten by a cobra snake, and blaming the cobra for the recklessness that put you in the position to be bitten by that snake._________________ (¯`v´¯

I also thought her answer was strange. Everyone knows that it had to be an insider who took that pic. Whitney's insiders were all family members with the exception of the makeup artist. So Pat as a family member herself is more upset with the magazine, makes no sense. Also when she was telling the story of the bodyguard doing cpr she said she knocked on his door across the hall for him to come, then later in the story she says "when I arrived he was doing cpr to the point of exhaustion-doesn't match up. Also there is a question as to who and from what phone was 911 called. I've heard several explanations. I could go on about the
degree of variation in the stories told but nothing will bring Whitney back.
However, I smell fish in the water!

Whitney Houston Murdered? Second Autopsy Sought
People claiming they are relatives of Whitney Houston say the tragic songstress was murdered, and they know who did it.
The "relatives" claim the singer's body needs to be exhumed and examined a second time by an independent expert. Why are these people choosing to be anonymous? If they have hard evidence, they should go public with it.
Considering the singer was involved in drugs, she likely had run-ins with shady characters. Maybe, she double-crossed one of them. But, all of this speculation is irresponsible at this point, without a second autopsy.
Was anyone truly shocked when they learned of her untimely passing? Houston was notorious for wild behavior at Hollywood parties.
She was buried before the toxicology report was made public, so the conspiracy theories are abounding. By the way, Houston was not cremated, so a second autopsy is possible. Foul play could have been involved in the singer's death, but these grisly questions may never be answered.

Demands are mounting for an exhumation of Whitney Houston’s body and a second autopsy to be performed. The Los Angeles County Coroner’s Office has received calls and emails from people claiming to be relatives of Whitney who think she was murdered and one of them claims to have a suspect in mind.
Whitney was buried before all the evidence surrounding her death was available – including the toxicology report. The GLOBE’s law enforcement expert, Paul Huebl, says that because Whitney was not cremated her body can be exhumed and an independent autopsy be performed.
Huebl asks the gruesome question: “did she drown accidentally, die of substance abuse and fall into the water, or was her head held under to end her life?”
Let’s not forget that during the Oprah interview Whitney Houston’s sister-in-law and manager Patricia Houston suggested that foul play was involved in Whitney’s death.
In her televised interview with Oprah, Pat shocked everyone by saying: “Don’t know how she got in the tub – I just know they had to pull her out of the tub.”
The GLOBE Print Edition, March 26, 2012 reports: The law enforcement expert says about a second autopsy and exhumation: “This can be done in a day or two and then she could be quietly reburied.”
The coroner has said that there are no signs of foul play but an official cause of death will not be determined until toxicology results are back.
Leolah Brown, sister of Whitney’s ex, believes she was pushed under the water as she bathed before the Grammy party she was to attend that tragic night, according to a source. Leolah’s told cops she believes Whitney was taken by surprise and killed, says a family source.

Leola Brown (Bobby Brown's sister) just went in on Dr. Drew. She asked Whitney what was up between her and Ray and Whitney bust out laughing. He was nothing more than her runner (drug supplier).
Her nephews also went in on Nick (Whitney's foster son), and Gary & Pat Houston.
