There's a chance Strother and her 16.1 scoring average will be out tonight, when No. 7 UConn faces St. John's at Gampel Pavilion. Coach Geno Auriemma described Strother's injury Friday as a stress reaction. She was wearing a protective boot and will be a game-time decision, depending on how she responds during the pregame shootaround. "I don't want to say yes and I don't want to say no," Auriemma said. "We'll take a look and see [today]. My feeling has always been, if it's not 100 percent [to hold her out], we're not going to. Same with Monday."
